You’ll receive your Event Planning Guide - an online questionnaire to finalize your timeline, song requests, special moments, announcements, and priorities. You submit your final answers sixty days before your wedding so that we can prep the musicians, learn songs, produce custom edits, and curate every transition with care.

This level of customization requires time and dedication. And for us, it’s a labor of love.

While you’re cake tasting and having your final fittings, we’re handling the logistics.

Behind the scenes, we communicate with your planner and vendor team to ensure that we are in sync and aligned with your vision. Whenever possible, we visit your venue in advance to understand the layout and logistics. Is your ceremony taking place in a field with no power? We’re bringing battery-powered speakers. Tricky loading dock? We know to allot extra time for load-in and setup on the day. These are just a few of the steps we take to make sure your day is perfect.

The Homestretch.

Two weeks before your event, we’ll have your final planning meeting. Together, we review the full flow of the night and confirm all details.

Your band and production team arrive hours before your guests to set up, soundcheck, and coordinate with your vendor team. The timeline is confirmed. The details are handled. Everything is in motion. There’s nothing left for you to do but step into the moment. This is the beginning of your forever and the celebration it deserves.
